How to buy

You can buy from our store online, by telephone or by email. There is no minimum order value.

Order online

Find the product using the categories in the main menu or the search field. Click “Add to cart” to place it in your shopping cart.

Once you have added all the products you want, open the cart and continue to checkout. Complete the following information:

• Delivery: select courier delivery.
• Order details: first and last name, telephone number and complete address, including county, town, street, number and, where applicable, building, entrance, floor, apartment and intercom details.
• Payment: choose cash on delivery, card payment or bank transfer.

You can sign in with your account credentials to view your order history and current order status, manage your profile and place future orders without entering your contact details again.

Order by telephone

Call 0748 118 038 and a member of our sales team will take your order.

Order by email

Send your order to suport@celo.ro. Please include:

• Your delivery method: courier delivery.
• Your first and last name, telephone number and complete delivery address.
• The product name, product code or product link for each item you want to order.

You can include other relevant information or questions. We will respond or confirm order processing by telephone or email.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and the order will be processed for dispatch.
