Description
2UUL ThickPad ST86 repair mat made from high-quality organic silicone, designed for micro-repair and micro-soldering workshops. The 500x350 mm work surface and 5 mm thickness provide enhanced thermal and mechanical protection for the workbench.
It withstands temperatures up to 500°C and helps protect the surface against burns, thermal deformation, and solder splashes. The high-density silicone texture provides anti-slip properties on both sides for improved stability while working with motherboards, sensitive components, or display panels.
The material is anti-static and resistant to corrosion and common solvents such as IPA and deoxidisers. Its flat one-piece design without integrated compartments suits technicians who prefer organising screws on external magnetic holders. The mat can also be rolled for transport without retaining memory creases.

Usage recommendation: to maintain surface grip, clean regularly with isopropyl alcohol. Although resistant to high temperatures, prolonged contact of a soldering iron tip in the same spot for several minutes is not recommended.
