Description
Polyimide adhesive tape for thermal protection, ideal for micro-soldering and motherboard repair. It withstands high temperatures and is suitable for hot air operations such as reballing or IC replacement, helping protect sensitive components and plastic connectors around the work area.
The 30 mm width allows quick coverage of larger PCB sections and helps secure passive components against displacement caused by airflow from the soldering station. It also provides excellent electrical and chemical insulation, making it useful for securing flex cables, isolating test points, or protecting batteries during electrical testing.
The silicone adhesive is formulated for high-temperature use and leaves no sticky residue after removal. The tape is thin, easy to apply precisely, and suitable for detailed work, including under a microscope.
