Description
Mechanic Nt-15 precision tweezers designed for micro-soldering work and handling extremely small components. The 45° curved shape helps bypass obstacles on dense motherboards and provides an optimal working angle under a microscope.
The ultra-fine tip allows precise positioning of components and handling of jump wires down to 0.01 mm without obstructing the field of view. Made from special high-resistance stainless steel with non-magnetic properties, high hardness and acid resistance.
The tip alignment is machined for accurate closure and firm grip on very small elements, including in high-temperature soldering environments.
- Model: Nt-15
- Type: 45° curved tweezers with ultra-fine tip
- Properties: non-magnetic, high hardness, anti-acid
- Grip capacity: wires and components down to 0.01 mm
- Material: special high-resistance stainless steel
- Use: micro-electronics, screen refurbishing, BGA reballing
Usage advice: especially effective for extracting components located between shields or for holding copper wires during complex bridging work. The curved tip is extremely fine and sensitive to vertical shocks; do not use it for scraping hard surfaces or as a lever. Store it in a protective case and clean regularly with isopropyl alcohol to remove flux residue.
