The commercial warranty does not limit statutory consumer rights. The applicable conditions are those in the product documents and store policy.

Compatibility and initial checks are essential for a successful repair. The steps depend on the type of product:

• Compare your exact device model and part code with the information on the product page.
• On receipt, check the packaging, connectors and visible condition of the product. Let us know if you notice damage or discrepancies.
• For components that allow it, ask a technician to perform a functional test before adhesive bonding or final installation. For a display, check the image and touch function where applicable.
• If an issue appears, stop installation and contact us. Avoid forcing connectors or modifying the part.
