1. Definitions and terms

CELO is the trading name of S.C. CELO INDIVIDUAL TRADE S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity with its registered office at Str. Bucovina nr. 25, Botoșani, Trade Register number J07/360/2011 and tax identification number 29229470.

Seller: Celo Individual Trade SRL.

Buyer: an individual, legal person or other legal entity that creates an account on the site and places an order.

User: an individual or legal person registered on the site who has accepted the site's general terms and conditions by completing account registration.

Account: the section accessed with an email address and password, which allows the buyer to place orders and contains customer information and purchase history, including orders, invoices and product warranties.

Site: www.celo.ro and its subdomains.

Order: an electronic document through which the buyer communicates to the seller an intention to purchase goods and services on the site.

Goods and services: products, services, documents and services mentioned in an order that the seller supplies to the buyer under the concluded contract.

Content includes:

• Information on the site that can be visited, viewed or otherwise accessed electronically.
• The content of emails and other messages sent by the seller to buyers.
• Information communicated by the seller's employees or collaborators to buyers, through any means.
• Information about goods, services and prices charged by the seller during a given period.
• Information about goods, services and prices offered by partners of the seller during a given period.
• Information about the seller and other privileged information.

Rating: a user's or buyer's satisfaction score, from one to five stars, associated with a written review of a product or service.

Comment: an assessment or observation concerning a review or another comment.

Question: a request addressed to other users or buyers for information about products or services on a product page.

Answer: written information supplied to the person who asked a question on a product page.

Document: these terms and conditions.

Newsletter: periodic electronic information, by email or SMS, about goods, services or promotions, without an obligation on the seller in relation to the information included.

Transaction: collection or reimbursement of a sum resulting from the sale of goods or services by Celo.ro to a buyer, using the seller's agreed card processor, irrespective of delivery method.

2. Online sales policy

Using www.celo.ro, including visiting and buying products, implies acceptance of terms of use forming a legal agreement between the user and CELO. Please read the following provisions carefully.

Visiting or purchasing from the site implies acceptance of these terms. Using other current or future services provided by CELO also implies acceptance of these terms.

2.1 Product and price information

CELO continuously works to maintain accurate information. However, product images are for information and may show accessories not included in standard packages. Specifications and prices may change without prior notice, contain input errors or be incomplete. Descriptions are recommendations; before replacing a part, we recommend a professional diagnosis to identify the fault.

We aim to present relevant information accurately. Please report possible errors to suport@celo.ro.

Promotions are available while stocks last. Customers will be informed by email or telephone whether a product is in stock, can be ordered, and how long processing and delivery will take. Product images, offers, prices and competitions may change without specific notification.

Products sold through www.celo.ro are new or second-hand and are supplied with an invoice or fiscal receipt.

2.2 Cookies

CELO uses cookies to personalise pages according to the browser and other information. Cookies are not executable code and do not run software, viruses or spyware or access files on a visitor's hard drive. They help recognise a device and display content adapted to preferences.

A cookie does not itself collect visitors’ personal information; it acts as a mechanism for retrieving data. Examples include remembering a shopping cart between visits so products do not need to be added again. Cookies help improve navigation and the relevance of content.

Most browsers offer an option to disable cookies for visitors who do not want information collected through them; third-party alternatives may also be available.

2.3 Data collection

CELO collects information about activity on the website. This information does not identify users individually. Collected information includes accessed content, dates and times, purchased products, and information about age, gender, interests or locations associated with IP addresses.

This information is used to provide relevant online advertising on Google or other sites visited by customers. Information about where advertisements are viewed or clicked may also be collected.

Google Ads remarketing is used to reach previous visitors or similar audiences. Information collected for these campaigns is used for CELO's remarketing and is not made public by CELO. CELO and third parties, including Google, use cookies relating to present or previous visits to serve relevant advertisements.

2.4 Returns

The consumer may withdraw from an order by written or telephone notification, without penalties or giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product.

Before buying, the consumer must read the returns policy. Accepting these terms includes accepting that policy.

Before returning products, email suport@celo.ro with the relevant order number. Products must reach us and be inspected before we communicate a decision. Reimbursement is made within a maximum of 14 days from the return date.

Parcels returned without prior written notification are not accepted. Products showing physical modifications, signs of use in the case of new products, broken warranty seals, or failure to meet the returns policy are not accepted for return. Refunds are made to the bank account specified by the customer in the notification.

2.5 Warranty

The warranty period is stated on each product page. The consumer must read the warranty policy before purchase; acceptance of these terms includes acceptance of that policy.

To request warranty service, email suport@celo.ro with the order number and affected products. Products must reach us and be inspected before we communicate a decision.

Within a maximum of 15 days of receipt for warranty service, products will be repaired or replaced, or their purchase price refunded if repair or replacement is not possible. Products sent without prior written notification are not accepted. Physical modifications, improper use, broken warranty seals and other failures to meet the warranty policy are excluded.

3. Ownership rights

3.1 Copyright

All website content, including text, graphics, images, buttons, clips, scripts, software and other data, belongs to CELO and/or its associates, partners or suppliers and is protected by copyright law.

Graphics, the logo, headers and images may not be used with products or services that do not belong to CELO in a way that creates customer confusion or discredits www.celo.ro.

3.2 Use of the site

Accessing, visiting, using or buying products and services on the site implies acceptance of these terms. Registration implies agreement to receive electronic and telephone messages about marketed products, with the option to change or withdraw that agreement without penalty.

3.3 Access

CELO allows unrestricted personal access to the site but does not grant permission to download, modify or reproduce all or part of the site without its written agreement.

3.4 Correction of errors

CELO reserves the right to correct omissions, display errors, inaccuracies and software errors without prior notice. It disclaims liability for situations caused by software errors or server failures, including loss of information. Although reasonable efforts are made, CELO does not guarantee that the site, server or emails are free from viruses or other harmful components.

3.5 Disputes and litigation

Unauthorised access attempts and fraud attempts will be reported to the competent authorities. Romanian law governs these terms and disputes arising between users and CELO.

Under Romanian Government Decision 665/1995, Articles 5 and 6, a buyer may request repair or replacement of a defective product after presenting it for inspection by a CELO representative.

Disputes will first be addressed amicably. If this is not possible, they will be settled by the Romanian courts. For order problems, please contact suport@celo.ro.

3.6 Changes

CELO reserves the right to change site content, policies and terms at any time without prior notification, while endeavouring to inform customers of changes.

Users should check the terms regularly. If they disagree with changes, they should stop using the site. Continued use is treated as acceptance of the changes.

4. Newsletter subscriptions

Subscribing and unsubscribing is free and voluntary. You can unsubscribe using the instructions at the bottom of each email. Commercial communications are subject to the applicable Romanian and international electronic commerce rules.

5. Confidentiality

CELO maintains a policy of respecting customer data confidentiality. The merchant guarantees the security and confidentiality of information hosted and transmitted through its systems.

Data may be used for order confirmations and, with the customer's prior agreement, special offers and promotions. Providing personal data is not compulsory, and users may refuse to provide it or request its removal from the database by emailing suport@celo.ro.
