How reviews work
Verified purchase
The “Verified purchase” label appears only when a review is linked to a delivered order. Reviews without this label do not have a confirmed purchase in the system. Store and product ratings are calculated separately, from the displayed reviews.
Fair publication
We publish both positive and negative experiences. We only hide illegal or abusive content, personal data, spam, or feedback unrelated to the purchase.
Privacy
Publication is optional. We only display the first name and last initial; email, phone, and order number are never public.
Reply and correction
The CELO team may reply publicly and request clarification. Customers may update feedback while the invitation remains valid.
